On behalf of our partner, your daily activities will include:

• Providing hygiene and comfort care while rigorously performing delegated medical-technical acts.

• Monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting any changes in clinical condition to nursing teams.

• Handling the logistical aspects of the service, from pharmacy management to medical equipment orders.

• Actively participating in the organisation of the days to streamline and optimise overall care within the unit.

• Being a reassuring point of reference for patients and their families by offering empathetic support.

To succeed in your integration with our partner, the expected skills are:

• A Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).

• Some initial experience or a validated background in a hospital setting, demonstrating good ease with the rhythms of acute care.

• Excellent personal organisation, reliable autonomy in your tasks and a natural team spirit.

• Applications holding a diploma from the EU or EFTA are welcome, subject to recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) obtained or in process.
