About the job
What place does the human being occupy at the heart of the hospital journey? As an ASSC, you know better than anyone: your technical versatility and your closeness to patients are the true driving force behind the smoothness of care.
For one of our partners in the hospital sector, we are looking for a committed profile, ready to bring their sense of teamwork and practical skills to a dynamic team. Joining this establishment means choosing:
A stimulating daily routine where your technical versatility and medical-technical skills are fully recognised and valued.
The concrete feeling of being useful, by ensuring the safety, comfort and direct well-being of hospitalised people.
A positive working atmosphere, within a close-knit team that relies on mutual support, sharing and transparent communication.
An organisation attentive to quality of life, offering a stable framework to calmly reconcile your professional goals and personal projects.
The opportunity to develop your field skills in a dynamic and caring medical environment.
On behalf of our partner, your daily activities will include:
Providing hygiene and comfort care while rigorously performing delegated medical-technical acts.
Monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting any changes in clinical condition to nursing teams.
Handling the logistical aspects of the service, from pharmacy management to medical equipment orders.
Actively participating in the organisation of the days to streamline and optimise overall care within the unit.
Being a reassuring point of reference for patients and their families by offering empathetic support.
Qualifications
To succeed in your integration with our partner, the expected skills are:
A Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).
Some initial experience or a validated background in a hospital setting, demonstrating good ease with the rhythms of acute care.
Excellent personal organisation, reliable autonomy in your tasks and a natural team spirit.
Applications holding a diploma from the EU or EFTA are welcome, subject to recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) obtained or in process.
