Registered Nurse HF or FAGE as Deputy Team Leader Care & Support (m/f/d)

What we are looking for you for:
- Support of the team leader in implementing efficient, high-quality and needs-based care and support
- Deputising and supporting the team leader and in the team group as well as during the team leader's absence, personnel and professional responsibility for 16 employees, including apprentices and students
- Collaboration as well as professional and holistic care and accompaniment of the residents and ensuring high-quality care and support in changing situations
You fit with us because you bring the following requirements:
- You have already gained initial experience as a leadership personality and in deputising
- You think entrepreneurially and work in a goal- and solution-oriented manner
- You already have RAI knowledge or are willing to engage with it
- You possess high social competence and negotiation skills
- You are passionately committed to operational work in care & support and to constructive support of all involved
- You are conscientious, loyal and humorous
- You show enthusiasm regarding the support of apprentices and students
