Technical Specialist Production (TSP) (m/f/d)
In this role, you will be a central part of our support team in electronics manufacturing as a Technical Specialist Production TSP (m/f/d).
You ensure equipment availability through preventive maintenance, minimise downtime through sustainable maintenance strategies, and resolve malfunctions including root cause analysis. In doing so, you drive continuous improvements in the maintenance area and continuously develop your expertise (e.g. in TPS).
As the technical interface between production, engineering, and development, you support the departments, advise on technical issues, and contribute to the optimisation of our equipment.

- Ensuring equipment availability through preventive maintenance of equipment, operating and testing resources
- Minimising downtime through sustainable maintenance strategies and supporting machine operators with basic maintenance tasks
- Analysing and resolving production malfunctions including root cause analysis
- Continuous improvement in the maintenance area
- Technical interface between production, engineering, development, and other departments (R&D, NPI, B&I)
- Technical advice and support for production departments as well as involvement in equipment optimisation
- Coordination, documentation, and monitoring of maintenance measures (including LEXA) as well as compliance with quality and safety regulations
- Management and procurement of spare parts as well as support in the further development of automated equipment and on-call duty as needed
More about you
- Completed technical vocational training (EFZ) in the electronic field (e.g. automation technician, polymechanic, electronics technician)
- Experience in electronics production, ideally with knowledge of lean management, supply chain, and SMD/flip-chip assembly
- Good overview of the entire production chain and ideally experience in automation or semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong technical understanding, quick comprehension, and cross-departmental thinking
- High quality awareness as well as structured and responsible working style
- Experience in conducting training and in adhering to processes and quality standards
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written
- Good PC user skills (MS Office 365); SAP knowledge is an advantage
