About the job
Look forward to exciting tasks:
- Strategically, organisationally and personally lead and further develop the Financial Reporting area with around 40 employees in the fields of Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Billing.
- Be responsible for the individual and consolidated financial statements as well as planning and reporting processes and ensure their quality.
- Take overall responsibility in Billing and in particular optimise the meter-to-cash process across departments.
- Further advance automation and digitalisation in the Financial Reporting area and establish future-proof processes.
- Take an active role in IWB-wide projects and represent IWB in administrative and specialist committees.

- Sound experience in Financial Reporting combined with a modern leadership style and enthusiasm for developing employees and teams and winning them over for common goals.
- Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Controlling or similar, ideally complemented by training as a certified auditor.
- You think entrepreneurially and have the ambition to actively shape the area and take it to the next level.
- You are passionate about digitalisation and automation and ideally bring experience with SAP system landscapes.
- With your conceptual skills, you think beyond individual topics and business areas and know how to drive complex processes and projects forward.
