Are you interested in responding to customer requests and advising them by phone, email, and chat while ensuring quality service? Our Customer Center is looking for a Customer Center Advisor!
Specifically?
- You systematically identify the customer and provide information, communicate conditions and details about various products and services, and exploit sales potential.
- You transmit the necessary information to update computer data for customer service and market management.
- You advise by phone on basic products/services (accounts, cards, e-banking) and provide initial information on other banking products.
- You accompany and support our customers on our digital products, thus creating added value for their customer experience.
- You schedule appointments with our advisors.
Interested in the challenge?
This position is for you if…
- You have completed commercial training (CFC, MPC, ESC, E-type Maturity).
- You have experience in a Customer Center with excellent knowledge of office tools.
- You communicate effectively in French. Any other language is an additional asset.
- As a pragmatic and rigorous person, you constructively provide improvement solutions and demonstrate ease in telephone contact.
- You appreciate teamwork and collaborate easily with your colleagues.
