Deputy Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this key position, you support the workshop management in controlling all production and operational processes. Your tasks include:

• Coordination, planning and monitoring of all manufacturing orders

• Competent advice and support for plant builders in daily operations

• Ensuring quality standards, occupational safety and timely delivery?

• Hands-on work directly in production

• Promotion and supervision of trainees

In close cooperation with the workshop management, you make a decisive contribution to efficient manufacturing processes and a smooth production flow.

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed training as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker or comparable technical qualification

• Extensive professional experience in plant, apparatus or pipeline construction over several years

• Initial leadership experience is an advantage or the motivation to take responsibility for a team

• Solid knowledge of modern welding techniques (TIG, MAG) as well as various manufacturing processes?

• Structured and organised way of working

• Strong team orientation and pronounced quality awareness
