Company Description
The Legal Service of the Government (www.rdr.llv.li) is a staff unit directly subordinate to the Head of Government. We provide numerous services for the government, the national administration, and the population. We are responsible for legal advice to the government, the legislative review of legal provisions and their publication on our legal database www.gesetze.li, the representation of the country's interests according to the Maintenance Advance Act, as well as the updating of annexes to the customs treaty and other agreements with Switzerland.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Legislative review and revision of legal provisions
- Advising offices in the drafting of legal provisions
- Handling legal issues from all areas of government work
- Collaborating on the aforementioned official tasks, especially in the publication of legal provisions, conducting research, and preparing expert opinions
- Assuming deputy responsibilities
Qualifications
You are particularly characterised for this position by:
- Completed studies in law
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of legislation
- Knowledge of Liechtenstein law, especially constitutional and administrative law
- Ability to handle complex issues and solve them independently
- Strong analytical skills and confident language
- Willingness to participate in internal IT projects and AI applications
