Your main responsibilities include
- Active support of craft customers through regular visits, thorough needs analyses, and advice on the products, solutions, and services of IMMER AG with a focus on sales and contribution margin development
- Optimization of customer processes through offer development, introduction of new inventory management systems, and continuous improvement of existing solutions
- Support of customer projects from identification to completion, including offer preparation, site visits, and close coordination with internal teams
- Systematic exploitation of defined market potentials and active acquisition of new customers
- Targeted use of the IMMERservice (repair center, PPE mobile, rental equipment, material testing, etc.) to strengthen customer loyalty as well as ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Maintenance of all activities in iNav or other systems, planning of customer visits and tours, as well as monitoring of sales, contribution margin, and project pipeline
Your profile
- You have a technical or commercial basic education and bring experience in the carpentry sector, in the construction supply industry, or in technical trade
- In addition, you have completed sales-specific training and are familiar as an experienced B2B sales professional with systematic market and visit planning as well as offer and sales processing
- You are a commercially and entrepreneurially thinking personality with high self-motivation and have the right mindset to actively contribute in a changing company
- Enthusiasm and joy in advising our customers as well as strong negotiation and closing skills characterize you
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office, DRM systems, and digital tools complete your profile
