What is my role?

As a member of the executive board, you take on a key role. You are not only responsible for the operational success of marketing but also actively shape the strategic direction of the company.

• You lead and inspire the marketing team and ensure the achievement of sales and growth targets

• You expand the portfolio through active acquisition of properties (sale/rental) and maintain sustainable relationships with owners, investors, and partners

• You develop innovative marketing strategies (digital & traditional) and optimise the customer journey for clients

• You participate in company-wide decisions, share responsibility for budget planning, and represent the company externally

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid expertise: You have advanced professional training in real estate (e.g. real estate marketer with a federal diploma, federally certified real estate trustee, or degree with a focus on real estate)

• Leadership experience: You have successfully led teams before and know how to motivate employees to perform at their best

• Market knowledge: You are excellently networked in the real estate industry and know the regional market conditions inside out

• Entrepreneurial spirit: You think solution-oriented, act independently, and have a strong will to succeed

• Personality: You convince with poise, excellent communication skills, and a winning demeanour
