- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the customer commitments made in operational railway operations
- Proactively monitoring trains and intervening in a customer-, safety- and operations-oriented manner in case of deviations
- Responsible for ensuring availability and operation of traffic around the clock (24/7 shift work)
- Central hub for exchanging information and data between various stakeholders (customers, partner railways, etc.)
- Compliance with working time regulations and laws for the deployed operational personnel
- Ensuring quality in the execution of transports within the European network, taking into account the applicable regulations
- You have professional experience in railway operations and want to develop further in the field of dispatching
- Furthermore, you find various problems in daily railway operations an exciting challenge
- Additionally, you work reliably, networked and have an eye for the big picture without losing sight of the details
- Besides German, you have good language skills in English (mandatory) and Italian (desirable)
