Internal Sales Specialist VMware (with French knowledge) (m/f/d)
As part of strengthening our IT team, we are looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Specialist VMware to reinforce our Backoffice team. You will be at the heart of the smooth operation of our structure, providing essential administrative support to our activities.
Profile sought:
First experience in an IT or administrative environment is a plus
Comfortable with various internal systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Rigor, sense of organization, attention to detail, and ease in written/oral communication
Your area of responsibility:
You support the entire team and ensure that the right products/solutions/projects are proposed and delivered or implemented on time. This means you coordinate and control the correct creation of offers and order processing.
You act as a pivot in the back office and work hand in hand with our internal and external sales specialists, linking sales, manufacturer, and customer.
You actively participate in process improvement to facilitate daily work and increase efficiency.
You implement sales objectives and help the team gather market and customer information.
Your expertise:
You have a commercial education or a retail business diploma with further training in the commercial field.
Professional experience in a similar role.
You are used to working independently and process-oriented, and you have a strong customer focus.
A proactive, determined, and convincing personality, with a friendly and competent attitude, and good communication skills.
Fluency in French is mandatory, as well as a good knowledge of English or German.
