We are looking for nurses in the Lausanne region for home care (with and without vehicle rounds) as soon as possible.
NURSE (M/F) IN CMS
YOUR PROFILE
- HES diploma in nursing or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Experience in home care is an advantage
- Having a vehicle is an advantage

- Interpersonal and technical skills
- Autonomy, adaptability and flexibility
- Essential proficiency in standard office and IT tools
- Knowledge of the Medlink programme is an advantage
- Provide preventive, curative and palliative care at the patient’s home
- Support and assist the patient in daily living activities
- Accompany the patient in crisis situations and end-of-life periods
- Carry out preventive measures, diagnoses and therapeutic interventions
- Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork
