As Head of Program & Innovation Management – Key Accounts Switzerland, you are part of the senior management of ISS Switzerland and report directly to the executive management. The focus of your role is the design and scaling of innovative service and transformation programs for our national key accounts. You drive digitalization, pilot new technologies and co-creation approaches, develop scalable MVPs, and thus ensure sustainable added value for our customers and for ISS.
What to expect:
- Innovation Strategy: You actively shape the further development of our Innovation Hub and prioritize initiatives on our innovation radar according to business impact and scalability.
- Program & Project Management: You lead strategic transformation programs for our national key accounts from idea to rollout, ensuring time, quality, and cost.
- Piloting & Scaling: You initiate MVP pilots, evaluate results, and orchestrate the scaled rollout of successful concepts in interdisciplinary collaboration with our experts from Operations Performance, FM Business Solutions, IT, and global teams.
- Technology & Digitalization: You drive the use of new technologies (e.g., IoT, analytics, automation, AI use cases) and ensure integration into existing services.
- Co-Creation with Customers: You develop new service designs together with customers and internal teams and create viable business cases.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: You derive data-based insights, formulate measures, and measure impact using clear product- or project-related KPIs.
- Best Practice & Network: You identify and adapt best practices from international markets and build strategic partner networks.
What you bring
- Education: University degree or higher professional education (e.g., FH, MAS, NDS) in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or Business
- Experience: Several years of leadership experience in key account or program/project management, ideally in the FM/real estate environment. Proven expertise in innovation, digitalization, and service development
- Professional Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, solid stakeholder and business case management, confident in handling modern technologies and project tools
- Languages: Fluent in German, fluent in English; French is an advantage
- Personality: Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills at C-level, change affinity, and clear value orientation
