To strengthen the well-established team, we are looking for a technically skilled workshop manager who will take operational responsibility and ensure high-quality manufacturing and smooth workshop operations.

Your Tasks
- Technical and operational management of the workshop team with 2–3 employees
- Organisation and coordination of all workshop tasks as well as ensuring a smooth process
- Manufacture, adjustment and processing of metal constructions for the air curtain systems
- Assembly, commissioning and troubleshooting of special systems at the customer’s site
- Monitoring stock levels as well as organising the workshop and material flow
- Close cooperation with purchasing and sales departments to ensure timely implementation of customer projects
- Active and regular participation in day-to-day business
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training, e.g. as a metalworker, plant and apparatus builder, car mechanic, polymechanic or in a comparable profession
- Several years of professional experience in a workshop or production, ideally complemented by initial leadership experience
- Enjoyment in leading a small team while also being hands-on operationally
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High quality awareness as well as pronounced organisational skills
- Customer-oriented personality with good manners
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German language skills
