• You support the drivers before and during delivery as well as upon their return
• You communicate with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth process
• If things don’t run smoothly, you handle customer discrepancies with great goodwill and a strong service mindset
• You promote close collaboration with supervisors and colleagues, following the motto "one for all, all for one"
• Maintaining and updating shipment data in the system is no trouble for you
• You have everything under control when planning and monitoring collections
• You assist our dispatch team with various administrative tasks

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the transport or logistics sector
• You have professional experience in commercial or administrative areas
• Shift work between 5:00 and 20:00? No problem for you, as you appreciate variety
• PC, telephone, chat – you are quick as a weasel and handle all communication tools with ease
• You can express yourself confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• You work reliably, precisely, are alert and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Even when it gets stressful, you stay calm and keep an overview
