Spitex Rothenburg offers services in the areas of somatic care, outpatient psychiatric care and support, as well as domestic services for the approximately 8,000 inhabitants of the municipality of Rothenburg. The care assignments at Haus & Hof Hermolingen with around 36 residents and the provision of psychiatric services in the extended environment complete our Spitex operation and make it something special.

To strengthen our psychiatry team at the Rothenburg base, we are looking for a committed
Dipl. Psychiatric Nurse HF 40 - 90%
Your tasks
- Professional and holistic care and support of people with a mental illness – in their familiar home environment
- Taking over case responsibility and managing the entire care process, including needs assessments according to InterRAI-CMH
- Active collaboration with all parties involved in the care process
- Advising employees of all professional groups from the somatic team if required
- Independent planning and coordination of various tasks and client assignments within the psychiatry team
- Contributing to the further development of the dynamic psychiatric specialist area
You bring with you
- Diploma as a Psychiatric Nurse HF / FH
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the psychiatric field to meet legal requirements for independently conducting needs assessments
- Experience / interest in the child and adolescent psychiatric field is desirable
- High resilience and a strong sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and forward-looking working style
- Solution- and resource-oriented attitude
- Team player
- Private car or scooter
- Your open, cheerful manner and clear communication enable you to easily connect with the Spitex team and all other parties involved
