To successfully meet the daily challenges of the real estate sector, you need service-oriented employees. As a specialist and a member of the large real estate accounting team, you will handle collections in collaboration with management.
Your mission in detail
- Control of automated monthly reminder cycles
- Execution of collection measures
- Follow-up on collection cases from the requisition for enforcement
- Management and resolution of legal cases
- Establishment of payment plans, monitoring of payments, and sending reminders
- Drafting eviction requests in case of payment delays
- Telephone and written contacts with all relevant departments (management, accounting, owners, lawyers, authorities, etc.)
Your profile
- You have completed basic commercial training
- Experience in the field of collections and knowledge of the LP are essential
- Knowledge of tenancy law
- Native French speaker, fluent writing skills in French
- Confirmed knowledge of German is an advantage
- You are solution-oriented and tackle challenges immediately
- You work independently and accurately
