Are you looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic working environment? Would you like to take responsibility for coordinating and processing worldwide proxy votings?
Then our Proxy Voting International team looks forward to hearing from you!
Our team is in daily contact with our clients and supports them with all questions regarding proxy voting. In this role, you take responsibility for the timely processing of international voting instructions and support our clients with a specialised service of growing regulatory importance.
We take you and your opinion very seriously and rely on your experience to meet the demands of our discerning clients and to continuously improve and further develop our offering.
These are your tasks
- Processing worldwide voting instructions and AGM admission cards
- Monitoring deadlines, exceptions and special cases such as late votings
- Responding to customer enquiries and coordinating with custodians, providers and internal interfaces
- Coordinating disclosure requests within the framework of regulatory requirements, e.g. SRD II
- Contributing to process improvements and projects impacting the proxy voting service
This is what you bring
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education, ideally related to financial services or regulated services
- Professional experience in finance, securities, operations or customer service environment; knowledge in proxy voting, corporate actions, custody or securities operations is a plus
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Structured, reliable working style with an eye for risks, deadlines and details
- Enjoyment of customer contact, teamwork and process development
