What is my role?

• Machine operation on turning-milling machining centres in multi-shift operation

• Commissioning of new parts, as well as optimisation of NC programmes and clamping devices

• Processing of repeat orders according to work programme, adhering to deadlines

• Creation of documentation (clamping plans, work instructions, etc.)

• Independent machine maintenance according to specifications

• Optimal use of resources / optimisation of workflows and processes

• Compliance with quality requirements according to standards as well as valid inspection and work instructions

• Ensuring productivity targets

• Recording feedback in the ERP system

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ

• Solid professional experience in turning-milling machining or willingness to develop further in this area

• High professional competence and pronounced interconnected thinking

• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation, if necessary

• Team-oriented personality

• High social competence and communication skills
