HR Specialist - Become an Abacus Consultant 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an HR specialist to launch their career as an Abacus consultant. You will work at the exciting interface between HR and IT, supporting companies in the digitalisation of their personnel processes.

Your tasks at a glance:

• You analyse HR processes and advise on the optimal use of Abacus modules such as applicant management, on-/offboarding and employee appraisals

• You accompany implementation projects from conception through configuration to go-live

• You conduct training sessions for HR managers and key users and share your knowledge

• You provide first- and second-level support via telephone and ticket system for questions, error messages or workflow configurations

What do I need to be successful?

You bring a solid HR education - as a personnel assistant, HR clerk, HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent. Ideally, you are already familiar with Abacus or similar ERP systems.

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
