What is my role?

With us, you largely plan your working day yourself and make independent decisions at the customer’s site. No day is the same. You can expect varied service assignments, different customers, and technical challenges where your expertise is in demand.

• With your technical knowledge, you quickly and sustainably resolve faults and ensure that everything works again quickly for the customer

• Whether service work or repair, you independently organise your assignments from the first customer contact to the completion of the project

• Not every fault is visible at first glance. You analyse technical problems and find pragmatic solutions

• With your trained eye, you recommend sensible extensions or optimisations to customers and create real added value

• You ensure that materials, tools, and processes are correct and that your assignments run efficiently

• During on-call assignments, you quickly find a solution and ensure that systems work reliably again as soon as possible

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as an electrical installer EFZ

• Enjoyment of independent work

• Experience in customer contact or interest in it

• A structured and solution-oriented way of working

• Sense of responsibility and reliability

• Driving licence category B
