The young, independent team currently consists of an ophthalmologist, an MPA and an optician. The team works at two modern and newly equipped locations in the Bern area.

A highlight: You can take over a consultation with more than 20 patients from the start - so the revenue base is worthwhile from the outset!

Your tasks:

• You conduct your consultation independently and shape your working day with a high degree of professional responsibility
• You care for patients across the entire conservative spectrum of ophthalmology
• Based on your findings, you develop individual therapy plans and accompany your patients clearly and personally throughout the entire treatment process
• In close exchange with the practice team and other professionals, you ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

Your skills:

• You hold a specialist title in ophthalmology (FMH) and meet the requirements for OKP approval in the canton of Bern
• You enjoy working independently, take responsibility and confidently bring your professional competence into everyday practice
• With empathy, clarity and medical expertise, you create a trusting relationship with your patients
• Open communication, collegial cooperation as well as high medical quality and humanity are important to you in the working environment
