The Ilgenhalde site is one of our three institutions. It offers school, residential care, and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. For one of our 7 residential groups, we are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a

Your responsibilities
- Supporting the team leader in the professional, organisational, and economic management of the residential group in accordance with the foundation’s mission statement and concepts
- Accompanying children and young people in their daily lives
- Creating a structured daily routine and an active living environment for the children and young people together with the team
- Providing empathetic support to children and young people with sensory impairments on the autism spectrum
- Close coordination with the team to maintain a shared educational approach and to jointly manage everyday challenges
Your profile
- Qualification as a social pedagogue HF/FH or as a nursing specialist HF
- Completion of further training as a team leader or interest in undertaking this training
- Enjoyment in working with children and young people with severe multiple disabilities and/or pronounced autism spectrum disorder and in performing nursing tasks
- Trustworthy, partnership-based, and constructive interdisciplinary collaboration as well as reliable communication
- Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
