For our locations Aarau, Basel, Chur, St. Gallen, Wetzikon, Winterthur, Ziegelbrücke, or Zurich, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible personality as Head of Personal Insurance for the specialist area of personal insurance starting immediately or by arrangement
Head of Personal Insurance 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- Organization and handling of daily business
- Development and maintenance of framework agreements and wordings
- Management of framework agreements
- Independent support and expansion of key accounts
- Market observation and monitoring of legal requirements
- Development and maintenance of industry tools in collaboration with IT
- Personnel selection, development, and leadership
- Participation in projects
You bring with you:
- Insurance specialist with a federal diploma, social insurance specialist with a federal diploma, or equivalent including FINMA registration
- In-depth expertise and several years of experience in the field of personal insurance
- Solid leadership experience is essential
- Strong customer orientation as well as empathy
- Resilient and solution-/success-oriented
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus
