Your area of responsibility:

In rehabilitation planning, you ensure that our patients are with the right doctor or in the right therapy at the right time. You are the hub between the medical staff and therapies.

Scheduling doctor appointments:

You plan the doctor appointments for our patients.

Coordinating therapies:

You coordinate the appointments in the therapeutic areas.

Working digitally:

You communicate electronically and process documents in the system.

What you bring with you

We are not looking for a perfect candidate on paper, but people who work competently and are eager to learn new things.

Training:

You have completed commercial training or training as an MPA. Experience in healthcare is a plus.

IT:

You work confidently with MS Office; knowledge of KISIM is a plus.

Language:

You speak and write German very well [level C1].

Working style:

You keep an overview of many appointments and remain friendly in contact with patients and teams.
