• Caring for patients in the zonal model on the ward with around 24 beds
• Managing a zone with the assigned patient group
• Co-responsibility for maintaining and optimising ongoing processes
• Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital on the interdisciplinary Women & Men ward

Skills and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a nurse specialist (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Preferably: Experience in an acute care setting, ideally in the ward’s specialist areas
• Also: excellent team player qualities
• Absolutely: Enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
