Your Tasks

• Operation, administration, and further development of the entire IT infrastructure
• Support of server, storage, network, and client systems
• Management and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
• Ensuring availability, performance, and security of the systems
• Planning and implementation of infrastructure and digitalisation projects
• Further development of backup, disaster recovery, and security concepts
• Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Participation in IT architecture and technology topics
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Collaboration with specialist departments and external service providers

Your Experience and Personality

• Completed training or degree in computer science
• Several years of professional experience as a system engineer, ideally in an internal IT department
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware/Citrix)
• Good knowledge in the area of networking
• Experience in project management and implementation of infrastructure projects
• Microsoft certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, or Security are advantageous and underline your solid expertise.
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• High service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Very good German skills and good English skills
