Role:
In this versatile key position, you bridge the gap between operational business and strategic management. You advise the HQ departments and regional management on an equal footing, develop modern Power BI dashboards, and actively drive the automation of controlling processes.
Responsibilities:
You manage budgeting, interim forecasts, and cost accounting and derive concrete recommendations for action for management from variance analyses.
You act as a sparring partner for HQ departments and regional management on business and operational issues.
You build meaningful reporting structures and interactive dashboards using Power BI and MS Excel.
You drive the standardisation, digitalisation, and automation of internal controlling processes.
You analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in close cooperation with the finance department and support audit processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration (FH/Uni), professional certificate in finance and accounting, or CAS in controlling.
At least 3 years of professional experience in business controlling, preferably in the service, healthcare, or multi-site environment.
Strong practical experience in cost accounting, data analysis, and excellent knowledge of Power BI and MS Excel.
Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented and communicative personality with a structured working style.
Fluent German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
