Specialist in Internal Medicine - Temporary Support Available Immediately, 20-100%

Are you a specialist in internal medicine, already holding MEBEKO recognition and able to start immediately? A general practice in the Sarganserland region is seeking temporary internal medicine support, with a workload between 20 and 100%, according to your availability.

The practice is located in Sarganserland in the canton of St. Gallen, between Lake Walen and Chur, with Liechtenstein just next door. It is part of a general practitioner provider with additional locations in the region and trains assistant doctors. Laboratory, ECG and ultrasound are available on site.

You will benefit from the central location. Sargans is a railway hub: the InterCity runs directly to Zurich, there are long-distance trains to St. Gallen every half hour, and Chur is quickly accessible.

Your responsibilities:

• General practitioner-internal medicine consultations, from acute complaints to chronic patients
• Investigations directly in the practice with laboratory, ECG and ultrasound
• Supervision and professional support of assistant doctors in training
• Ensuring continuity for patients during a transitional phase

Your qualifications:

• Swiss specialist title in General Internal Medicine or foreign specialist in Internal Medicine with already granted MEBEKO recognition
• Available immediately or very shortly
• Professional practice licence available, ideally already in the canton of St. Gallen
• Independent working style and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge
• German language skills at C1 level
