The Join Us programme offers people without experience in the banking or pension sector the opportunity to train for one year while working, to embark on a promising new career in banking.

Join Us: Occupational Pension Orientation

Your one-year training will consist of a gradual immersion in the services of the Occupational Pension department, which encompasses all administrative activities related to the bank's pension funds in this area. This phase will allow you to acquire basic knowledge of administrative management, benefits management, pension fund accounting, particularly their regulatory and procedural aspects.

Coached by a department manager, you will develop your skills in the second pillar domain, as well as your autonomy and ability to solve practical daily occupational pension cases.

At the end of the training, if successful, the knowledge acquired (tools, rules and processes) will enable you to progress in numerous positions within the Bank and secure a permanent employment contract.

Your profile:

• Administrative training or equivalent professional experience
• Bilingual in German / French
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Experience in insurance, health insurance or an administrative field is an asset
