Nurse (M/F) with Operational Manager Role (RESOP)
Activity rate: 90%
Permanent contract
Your mission
- Receive, direct, sort, distribute and assign requests or new service requests and ensure follow-up, in collaboration with multidisciplinary team leaders, planners and all home care professionals, as well as with the care network
- Monitor clinical transmissions from the field received throughout the day and process according to urgency, then coordinate the management of the situation and inform the professionals involved
- Act in support and guidance of interdisciplinary teams in the care of clients in general and mental health care
- Actively contribute to the sustainable home care of clients through prevention and health promotion measures while considering individual needs with personalised care and promoting client autonomy
- Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a distinct role allowing you to value your nursing expertise as a full participant in the healthcare system
Your profile and skills
- Bachelor in nursing or equivalent qualification (foreign diploma recognised by the CRS)
- Experience in the medico-social field is an asset and strong interest in community health
- Ability to collaborate in networks and multidisciplinary teams
- Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
