At the University Clinic for Geriatric Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, you will encounter varied tasks within an interprofessional team. As a qualified nurse specialist with an additional function in vocational education, you will assume a central role in the person-centred, recovery-oriented support of our patients as well as in the professional development of trainees and students. You will actively contribute to their development into competent nursing professionals and help shape the future of gerontopsychiatric care with us.
Your Tasks
- You design person-centred, recovery-oriented care and support psychiatric patients in their self-determination and pursuit of their individual life goals
- You promote and support trainees and students from various training areas
- You are part of the interprofessional team
- You actively contribute to improving the quality of care.
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse specialist HF/FH and bring professional competence as well as a sense of responsibility to your daily work
- You have completed the vocational education course or are motivated to do so, and you are committed with enthusiasm to supporting and promoting trainees and students
- Working with patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting is more than a job for you – it is a matter close to your heart, which you approach with empathy and high social competence
- You work independently, professionally and in a structured manner, have very good German language skills in spoken and written form, and actively contribute to a respectful team culture
