Your Tasks
- Internal Moves: You take over the planning, coordination, and execution of internal moves and ensure a smooth process
- Disposal and Cleanliness: You ensure proper disposal as well as order and cleanliness on the premises
- Event Support: You take care of setup and dismantling as well as the provision of equipment for meetings and events
- Goods Deliveries and Service: You are responsible for internal and external goods deliveries and support with a pickup and delivery service
- Access Systems: You perform lockings and program access media via the Dormakaba evolo Manager
- Parking Management: You check the parking lots for cleanliness, manage the parking meters in first-level support, including regular emptying of the various meters
- Driving Services: You ensure holiday and absence coverage for the driving team. In doing so, you undertake trips within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Your Profile
- Professional Experience: You bring experience in a comparable role, experience as a chauffeur is an advantage
- Technical Skills: You are a skilled practitioner and have solid technical abilities as well as manual understanding
- PC Knowledge: You have good user skills on the computer
- Working Style: You work independently, reliably, and discreetly
- Language: You have very good command of the German language, both spoken and written
- Driver's License: You possess a category B driver's license (up to 3.5 tons)
- Forklift Licenses: You have a forklift license - (SUVA recognized) preferred
