Security Service Employee - Porter/Guard (m/f/d)

In our security service, you play a central role in the safety and well-being of all employees, visitors, and technicians on site. As a Security Service Employee – Porter/Guard (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact at the location, ensuring smooth operations at entrances and exits and guaranteeing a professional and secure operation around the clock through your presence, attentiveness, and expertise.

• Conducting locking, unlocking, and inspection rounds
• Immediate intervention in case of unusual events
• Monitoring and managing security systems
• Monitoring and managing various alarm systems
• (fire alarm control panels, building management system, cameras)
• Record keeping
• Technician/visitor management
• Logging and handling of fault reports
• Answering telephone calls
• Function as a company first aider

• Previous experience in security service is desirable
• Excellent manners, a neat appearance, and confident demeanour
• Very good German skills, spoken English is required, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Resilient personality who remains calm under pressure and is physically fit
• Impeccable reputation
• Confident use of standard IT programmes
• High flexibility and adaptability
• Strong motivation and pronounced team spirit
• Driving licence for car
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• First aid training level IVR 3, or willingness to undertake further training
