Your tasks
In the section "Employment Placement, Labour Market and Contract Management" within the Disability Insurance Office of the KSVA:
- Initiate, develop and accompany projects for the social and professional reintegration of people with health impairments
- Advise and support insured persons and implement appropriate measures for reintegration, career orientation or further training
- Analyse and accompany situations to ensure optimal coordination between goals, health limitations and reintegration potential
- Maintain active collaboration with the network, especially with employers, service providers as well as medical and social partners
- Understand companies as partners, capture their expectations and create sustainable solutions for professional reintegration through targeted negotiations
- Work closely with the internal specialist departments of the IV office, especially the medical and legal services
- Actively participate in the team and interdisciplinary exchange forums to ensure holistic and coordinated support of the insured persons
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Health Care or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally CAS in reintegration counselling or an equivalent further education.
- Experience in supporting and/or reintegrating people with health impairments
- Interest in the social insurance system and the application of the IVG
- Strong social and communication skills as well as enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate constructively in a team and in interdisciplinary professional constellations
- Strong networking skills, initiative, sense of responsibility and independent working style
- Proficiency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
