In the early and late shifts, you work in the patient unit in tandem with healthcare professionals as well as trainees and students. Together you create professional, high-quality, and patient-centred care. The individual needs, resources, and values of our patients are at the heart of this.

Your daily work is varied: A large part of your activity involves the care and nursing of patients from internal medicine. You care for people with different medical conditions and nursing needs and can apply your professional expertise in a diverse environment.

Another focus of our ward is acute geriatric rehabilitation. You accompany older people after an acute illness or health crisis on their way back to greater independence and quality of life. Together with the patients and the interdisciplinary team, you work to promote existing resources, make progress visible, and support the return to everyday life as best as possible.

Digital tools support you in your daily work: The electronic nursing documentation Phönix, the electronic medication distribution system Phyxis, and the identification system Idef-IS help you to carry out your tasks safely and efficiently.

You will become part of a committed interdisciplinary team in which various professional groups work closely together. You will also be supported by our coaches and the room service.

• Dipl. Nurse HF or FH
• Ideally with experience in acute care
