Training to become a Specialist in Surgical Technology HF (a)
YOUR TASKS
- You participate directly in the operating theatre activities and are responsible for the structural, personnel and material organisation during operations
- You care for and accompany patients during a surgical procedure
- You perform instrument handling and assistance while observing hygiene, asepsis and antisepsis
- With sound expertise and trained observation skills, you ensure a smooth operating theatre process
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed secondary level II education (completed apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence or specialised middle school certificate or Matura)
- Passed aptitude test
- You are characterised by enjoyment of teamwork, precise working methods and a high sense of responsibility
