Your tasks

• Independently planning, organising, and implementing resource-oriented activation and daily life design in group or individual activities in close cooperation with the nursing department
• Planning and conducting excursions and events
• Designing and taking responsibility for seasonal decoration in the house
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all other areas of the operation
• Assisting in creating the annual activities calendar

Your profile

• Training and professional experience in activation and daily life design, primarily training at LeA school or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Organisational talent and sociable
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Flexible and resilient
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, etc.)
