Food/ Dairy Technologist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as a Food/Dairy Technologist for the production of mozzarella and fresh cheese in Dagmersellen. Your tasks:

• You reliably prepare the complex systems in the production of mozzarella and fresh cheese

• You provide all necessary aids and alternately operate the four different systems

• In case of technical problems, you resolve production issues with your knowledge and support the technicians

• You independently carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks

• You document your workflows and hand them over neatly to the next shift

What do I need to be successful?

• Professional training EFZ in milk or food technology

• Ideally, first experience as a system operator in a food company

• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (3 shifts: Sun, 20:00 - 04:00, Mon, 04:00 - 13:00 and 12:00 - 20:00 / seasonal assignments on Saturday)

• You enjoy working in a team, are open, collegial, helpful and eager to learn

• Good German skills in spoken and written form

• Technical interest
