Role:
For a Switzerland-wide real estate service company in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced management professional for a demanding portfolio of office and commercial properties. The properties are mainly located in the Zurich economic area and mostly belong to institutional owners.

Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of office and commercial properties
Development and implementation of suitable management strategies
Negotiation and conclusion of demanding commercial lease agreements
Coordination of maintenance, renovations and modernisation measures
Preparation of property budgets and control of ancillary cost statements
Professional coordination of internal and external partners as well as care of the ownership
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the management of commercial properties
Further training as a property manager with a federal certificate
Sound knowledge of tenancy law and technical property maintenance
Confident appearance and strong negotiation skills
Good IT skills; experience with GREM is an advantage
Very good German skills and driving licence category B
