What to expect
- As Teamlead Shipping, you are co-responsible for all orders processed through the parcel channel. You report to the Lead Outbound Parcels and work closely with other team leads of goods outbound, the control center, and quality managers
- Your main responsibility is the smooth coordination of daily operations and the responsibility for daily readiness. With your high service orientation, you contribute to our delivery promise "Ordered today, delivered tomorrow"!
- You are also responsible for route planning in cooperation with our external service providers, ensuring efficient and timely handling of transports
- You organize your area independently, and your efficient and goal-oriented personnel and resource planning helps ensure an optimal flow of our logistics processes. Two deputy team leads support you in this challenging task
- You lead a group of 15-20 employees both professionally and personally and empower your employees to jointly implement quality and process improvements
- Recruitment, independent conduct of annual interviews, ensuring the flow of information through active communication, and (quality) training of employees are some keywords that will belong to your area of responsibility in the future

What you bring
- You are well acquainted with the world of logistics and have at least some leadership experience
- In addition to basic training, further education (e.g., logistics specialist certificate, projects and/or processes) is highly desired
- Enjoyment of a highly dynamic environment and constant change is a prerequisite to meet the wide scope for implementing your own ideas and suggestions
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to support your team during peak times and to pitch in with shipping
- Very good German skills, proficient in handling IT systems, and an impeccable reputation
- Flexibility for changing shift work (05:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00) and seasonal Saturday deployments
