You can make a difference
- Carrying out maintenance, repair and upkeep work on our buildings and facilities.
- Supporting caretaking at various locations as part of your floater role.
- Assisting with moves, conversions and internal events.
- Monitoring and operating technical systems.
- Participating in on-call and winter services.
You bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a building maintenance specialist with a federal certificate of competence or in building technology, ideally with further training as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate.
- Manual dexterity and enjoyment of varied practical tasks.
- Independent, reliable and structured working style.
- Team spirit, flexibility and willingness to be deployed at various locations.
- Good German language skills and a category B driving licence.
- IT user skills (MS Office); experience with building management systems is an advantage.
- Residence with a maximum travel time of 30 minutes to the workplace.
