Plumber – for leadership position in top company
Activities
- Technical, personnel and organizational leadership of a team of around 10 employees including apprentices
- Overall responsibility for order processing – from planning (AVOR) to successful implementation
- Preparation and negotiation of offers as well as ensuring efficient deployment planning
- Active participation in the strategic further development of the department including budget responsibility
- Collaboration at management level and participation in management meetings
- Close cooperation with internal departments and promotion of smooth information flow
Requirements
- Completed technical training in building services engineering (e.g. sanitary, heating) with further training advantageous
- Several years of leadership experience in a technical environment
- Strong social skills as well as clear and appreciative communication
- Organizational strength, negotiation skills and high customer orientation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills as well as confident user knowledge in MS Office
- Driver's license category B
