Welder Pipeline Construction (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Welding of district heating and pipeline systems using the TIG welding process (141)
• Performing welding work in trenches on pipelines with nominal diameters DN 25 to DN 150
• Preparing, tack welding and aligning pipelines and fittings
• Working independently according to isometrics, technical drawings and welding instructions
• Ensuring flawless welding quality in accordance with applicable standards and quality requirements
• Conducting visual inspections and preparing welds for X-ray and quality tests
• Assisting with the assembly, maintenance and refurbishment of district heating and pipeline systems
• Adhering to safety, quality and environmental regulations

Your Profile

• Certified welder with 100% X-ray safety, evaluation group B
• Several years of professional experience in district heating and/or pipeline construction
• Solid practical experience in the TIG welding process (141) as well as a valid welder certification
• Confident and precise welding in trenches (nominal diameters DN 25 to DN 150) under various weather conditions
• Experience in reading and implementing isometrics and technical drawings
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious working style
• Good German language skills for safe communication on site are an advantage
