Group Leader Gastronomy – Housekeeping
Housekeeping | Hochdorf | 50% - 80% | from 01.01.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Responsibility in job sharing for the areas of gastronomy, laundry, and cleaning
- Active participation in daily business in all three areas
- Reheating and plating of prepared lunches while adhering to quality and hygiene standards
- Accompanying, guiding, and supporting people with disabilities in everyday work life
- Co-responsible for the training of apprentices in housekeeping (PrA level)
- Maintaining contact with the social environment of employees (parents, guardians, IV offices, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in housekeeping EFZ
- Additional pedagogical training is an advantage
- Professional experience in housekeeping and gastronomy
- Experience as a vocational trainer is desirable
- Joy and empathy in dealing with people with disabilities
- Team-oriented, reliable, and open personality
- Independent, flexible working style as well as organizational skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
