You bring the potential and the will to take on more responsibility? Perfect – we are looking for a dedicated personality that we can specifically develop into a foreman. You do not need to have started the training to become a foreman yet; what matters to us is your practical experience, your leadership flair, and your willingness to continue your education. We will actively accompany and support you on your way there.

Your area of influence

• You produce wall, ceiling, roof, and floor elements professionally and efficiently based on the project manager's work planning
• As a station manager, you take on the technical and personnel leadership of four to six employees
• You are in direct contact with order managers and project planners and are their central point of contact
• You always keep an eye on quality and occupational safety and ensure that all requirements are met
• You actively shape the further development of your work area and contribute ideas

Your person

• You have completed training as a carpenter, joiner, or woodworker
• Your experience and leadership talent will advance you with us – with your willingness to learn, we will specifically promote you to foreman
• Independent, solution-oriented work and taking on responsibility are a matter of course for you
• You enjoy teamwork, and you communicate openly, clearly, and constructively
