Skills
- Extensive SAP HCM experience and years in payroll or similar roles.
- Strong service orientation and fluent in German; French is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new IT tools.

- Together with management and team, you ensure payroll accounting, the execution of monthly payroll runs, the annual financial statements, as well as the definition and compliance of controls (ICS) for around 11,000 employees.
- You support the HR Operations teams at four locations in daily business as well as with application questions regarding payroll & social security.
- You assist in the correct processing of settlements with social security institutions.
- Maintenance of organizational data (SAP HCM OM)
- Participation in the ongoing optimization of data quality, processes, and fundamentals
- Involvement in projects within the specialist area
- Very good SAP HCM knowledge
- Confident handling of MS Office and UKA Solution as well as willingness to quickly learn and apply new IT tools.
- Proven several years of experience in a comparable function / or several years of experience in payroll, ideally in a large company
- Further training in payroll and/or social security desirable
- High customer and service orientation
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, French is an advantage / or German as a native language
- Versatile and independent activity in an exciting and dynamic environment
