We are looking, for our client, for a:

Responsibilities :

• Administrative and technical management of co-ownerships
  
• Conducting meetings
• Providing information to owners

• Commercial employee CFC, equivalent profile or qualification considered
• Federal certificate as property manager (= an asset)
• Minimum 4-5 years professional experience as a PPE manager
• Mastery of tenancy law and PPE regulations
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good legal knowledge (CO, CC and LP)
• Competent person, good negotiator, self-confident, customer and results oriented
