Your area of responsibility
Responsible for the entire recruiting process for all of Switzerland – from vacancy recording to contract conclusion
Advising and supporting managers and applicants with a focus on a strong candidate experience
Writing and publishing attractive job advertisements on appropriate channels
Organizing and conducting interviews – virtually and on-site
Active approach to talents and further development of the applicant pool
Participation in projects to further develop the recruiting process
Taking over HR support for a location including accompanying managers in personnel-related matters (conflict and return interviews, line consulting)
Your profile
Completed vocational training and/or studies (HF/FH), ideally with recruiting further education or HR specialist certificate
Experience in recruitment – preferably with commercial and academic profiles
Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with an HRM system (Abacus)
German at C2 level, French at least B2; further language skills are a plus
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a good sense for people
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
