Job Description

As part of your internship within our establishment, you will have the chance to discover all the operational roles of the hotel by rotating through different departments (Reception, Breakfast, Housekeeping, according to needs and your profile).

Your main tasks:

• Welcome, inform and satisfy our guests throughout their stay
• Participate in daily check-in / check-out operations
• Contribute to the setup and service of breakfast
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of areas (rooms, common areas)
• Apply quality standards and internal procedures (ibis brand, Accor group)
• Collaborate with all teams to guarantee an optimal guest experience

Qualifications

• You are currently training in the hospitality sector or wish to discover this field
• Service and reception skills, smile and friendliness
• Good presentation and organisational skills
• Team spirit, flexibility and adaptability
• Fluency in French, English is an asset
• Availability to work according to a schedule including weekends and public holidays

Additional Information

Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
